Today we are going to be showing you how to install PuTTY on Windows 10 so you can use it to SSH into Linux Systems.
Since April 2018 OpenSSH has been integrated into the Windows 10 operating system.
However, We would still recommend using PuTTY which you can download and install from here: https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest.html
Make sure you select the 64-bit version unless you are on a different architecture.
Difficulty = Easy
How to install PuTTY on Windows 10
Once downloaded please run the .exe application and install it.

Click “Next”

Click “Next”

Click “Install”

At the UAC prompt click “Yes”

Click “Finish”
You now have PUTTY Installed
